How SARVAH handles the personal data you send through this website. Last updated 10 October 2026.
Who is responsible
This website is published by SARVAH, an independent research and development initiative founded by Thierry de Frémery. The legal entity that will operate SARVAH is being established; this notice will be updated when it is. For any question about your data, write to contact@sarvah.ai.
What we collect, and why
Access requests and collaboration messages. Your name, email address, optional organisation and the description you provide. We use them only to answer you and, if you agree, to organise a pilot session. Legal basis: steps taken at your request.
Website statistics. Our host, Squarespace, measures visits to keep the site running and understand its use. Where non-essential cookies are used, you can refuse them in the cookie settings.
We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who processes it
Squarespace hosts this website and stores form submissions. Our email is provided by Google Workspace. Both may process data outside the European Union under the safeguards provided by law.
How long we keep it
Messages are kept for up to 24 months after our last exchange, then deleted, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to contact@sarvah.ai. You may also complain to your data-protection authority; in France, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
